With this in mind, we provide our services on a fixed fee basis where possible. We are transparent with all our clients and work with them to understand scope of the work, agree timing of service delivery and to plan resourcing requirements. Where changes to our agreed scope or new requirements arise, we strive to have an open and upfront discussion with our clients.
We don’t charge for quick phone calls and thereby accessible to all our clients by telephone or email for ad-hoc matters as part of our service arrangements. We want all our clients to be comfortable in reaching out to us where they feel necessary without having to worry about being charged as soon as the clock starts ticking.
